Job Description

We are recruiting PERMANENT Warehouse Team Leaders to work both day and night shifts at GEODIS in Lutterworth, LE17 4XY.Why join GEODIS

What will I be doing as a Warehouse Team Leader
  • Working in the Inbound, Outbound or Stock department
  • Leading employees to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coordinating customer orders in a timely manner
  • Monitoring productivity and providing training to members of your team
  • Operating equipment in a safe manner following defined procedures
  • Working with supervisor to ensure compliance to all standards
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards
What will I need for this role as a Warehouse Team Leader
  • You will be able to read and write simple instructions, memos, and reports
