We are currently recruiting for a MALE ONLY Support Workers who have a full UK driving licence as there will be travelling required. You will be contracted to 36 hours per week but work 12 hour shifts over 3 days plus 1 sleep.What are we looking forAs a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting an adults complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring male Support Workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and developwith Gray Healthcare.We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within Autism, Learning Disabilities, ABI. You will also possess an NVQ or QCF 3 or willingness to complete the qualification with Gray Healthcare.You will have a proven track record in this highly rewarding field, with the skills to deal with multiple and complex needs of people. You will be able to manage difficult situations calmly and are able to work within prescribed interventions that provideTrauma Informed approaches.You will need to be resilient, emotionally, and physically fit to do this role. As well as being able to work flexibly on a rota basis which will include earlies, lates, sleep ins, weekends, and bank holidays.Who will you support (1-2-1 care package)We have three gentlemen in L27 and L15 of Liverpool.
