Job Description

A leading North West law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them at their Macclesfield head office.You will join the firm’s experienced property team and be entrusted with your own mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files.The firm places an emphasis on support and a clear progression structure so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to improve their skillset, gain hands-on experience and further develop their career.Residential Conveyancer - Macclesfield The company & role

  • A well-established but forward-thinking practice with several offices across Cheshire and High Peak.
  • You will handle a manageable residential caseload with exceptional legal support.

  • Commutable from Altrincham, Macclesfield, Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent and Buxton

  • A Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience
  • Will have experience progressing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion across sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold.
  • Will have experience in using proclaim would be an advantage.
  • Will be an excellent communicator and provide an exceptional level of client care
  • Will be self-motivated, reliable and have good attention to detail
  • Will be very well-organised and have good time management skills
