They are sociable and open spaces with fantastic restaurant / catering facilities.Lunch subsidies / free refreshments and snacks are offered.Job description:Your key responsibilities as the Receptionist will consist of:- Provide switchboard cover and administration support- Provide flexible working cover for annual leave within the team- Co-ordinate the office facilities e.g. stationery supplies, photocopiers, catering - Greet all callers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner- To promote a professional, pro-active and positive image of the company at all times- Organise meeting room bookings, responding to e-mails, taxi arrangements, control of meeting rooms and keys- Assist Office Manager with maintenance / general office tasks/ Health & Safety records as requiredProfile description:The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Receptionist include:- Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written- Excellent IT skills Microsoft packages- Customer service orientation- Attention to detail- Excellent working in a team or alone- Previous experience in a similar role/administrationWe offer:We are offering a salary of £9.50 per hour and a wide selection of health, wellbeing, and lifestyle benefits which includes enhanced family leave and 24-hour access to GP, Mental Health, and well-being support to name a few.Theres a workplace pension and 28 days holiday (pro rata, incl. bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days annual leave.
