Job Description

The Claret Jug Bar and Brasserie is our club house, it is a vibrant and bustling environment not just for our golfers but also guests wanting a more informal dining experience.We boast far-reaching views and a wraparound veranda, it is so much more than just a clubhouse bar!Our Supervisors are at the heart of our food and beverage operation, they are savvy on our menus, they know our ingredients and they can offer helpful recommendations to our diners and guests, they also manage sections and support colleagues with great serviceand basic training.As a supervisor you will be adaptable to our guest needs, you will enjoy variety and serving food that appeals to all guests.In your role of Supervisor some of some of your responsibilities include:

  • Having a full understanding of all menu items. Full training and tastings are provided, we want you to be successful in your role, we will furnish you with the tools to do a great job.
  • Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
  • Serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar
  • Be you and let your personality shine, our F&B Teams have great exposure to our guests, and they love to hear your recommendations.
  • Supervise your teams and or section, ensure efficiency and professional service at all times.
