You will be proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and have outstanding communication skills.As the successful candidate you will have a strong understanding of digital technologies, including software applications, web-based platforms, and mobile devices. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on deliveringhigh-quality customer service.Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide front-line digital support for operational teams and customer-facing order technology.
  • Implement customer digital technology at the site level.
  • Design and build engaging customer journeys that enhance the user experience.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through inbox and phone management.
  • Lead meetings with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives forward.
  • Provide first-line support for technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
Working Pattern: Monday - FridayWhat can you bringExperience and Knowledge:
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Ideally - BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
