Job Description

A well-known social housing association are looking to employ a Data Analyst on a permanent basis. Data AnalystCheshire £33,000 per annumPermanent37 hours per weekAs a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • The management of the asset database to ensure all compliance, fire risk, cyclical and stock condition asset data is collected, managed and used effectively, as well as leading the provision of reliable short to medium investment plans across the business.
  • Ensure the database is strategically integrated with our other software platforms across the business and act as lead officer for PPHT. Assist in the project management of the rolling stock condition surveys to the assets including the creation of a stratifiedsampling methodology as well as ensuring clear quality assurances are in place for data quality and consistency.
  • Produce reports and alert PPHT to non-compliance with statutory housing standards including Decent Homes and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
  • Liaise with colleagues to utilise KPI information and trend analysis to assist with targeted investment priorities. Coordinate with other teams to ensure changes to the asset portfolio, including stock acquisition, development and disposals are reconciledwith the asset database.
To be successful in this Data Analyst role you will have:
  • 12 month asset management experience in social housing
