We are a Europe-wide leading manufacturer of wood-based panels, looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep to support our business growth within UK & Ireland, which is the #1 export market for the company. A strong and financially solid company in an industrywhich has benefitted during the pandemic / post-pandemic. Small UK team as part of a larger European organisation.Youll be part of a busy sales office but we are a small, tight-knit team. The job is hugely varied and never dull! You will receive and check orders, issue export docs for customs clearance and answer any queries, chase up deliveries (liaising with transportcompanies and our despatch departments at the factories), provide information for external sales teams, plus a variety of other tasks. The role will develop over time. There are also opportunities to visit the factories in Germany, attend exhibitions/tradefairs and visit the customers. Required skills:- Fluency in the German language is essential.- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Experience with SAP R3 advantageous.- Customer service or client management experience.- Organised, with the ability to work under pressure. - Good written & verbal communication skills.- Enthusiastic & positive attitude.- Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks.Benefits include:- Salary £32,500 p.a. + bonus + pension.- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays.- Free onsite parking.Our office is located on a business park in Macclesfield, Cheshire; commutable from various locations including Cheshire, Manchester, Derbyshire, Staffordshire and surrounding locations (staff currently travel in from some of these areas).
