WHAT WE NEEDMBA are exclusively recruiting for one of the leading Insurance Broking groups in the UK. An awarding winning company that puts clients and employees first with an exceptional track record of providing career development opportunities for their staff.Due to growth we are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account handler to join their commercial team. You will need to have commercial combined insurance experience and will be dealing existing business for clients that operate within the Care / Charity sectors. WHAT YOULL DO- Provide suitable advice to clients, for existing risks on renewals and mid term amendments- Telephone call handling- Process mid term adjustments- Represent the company in direct meetings with clients and insurers- Providing a backup/office service to Account Managers- Provide client visits when required- Work as part of a team to achieve monthly financial targets- To ensure all client documentation is issued correctly within FCA regulations- Internal records kept up to date- Supporting team members in their activities as directed- Actively cross sell across the company- Dealing with account queries- Ability to manage, plan and prioritise workloads whilst proactively promoting best working practice.- Identification of complaints in accordance with the Company Complaint Procedures and in line with FCA Guidelines- Update the team manager on a regular basis on all aspects of job activitiesWHAT YOUVE GOT- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office products- A good understanding of general insurance products from a broking or underwriting background- A keen eye for detail- A self-motivated, hard worker- Can work off their own initiative- Good organisational skills and able to manage their own work flowsHOW YOULL BE SUCCESSFUL- Demonstrating and evidencing the appropriate company values and behaviours as outlined in our behavioural framework.- Though achieving your objectives and personal development plansWHAT YOULL GET- A competitive package including Pension Scheme, Company Sick pay- 24 days holiday increasing with length of service.- Flexible Benefits and Perks @ Work- Access to our Company funded CII qualification programme- To be part of a talented collaborative team
