Job Description

Role: New and Used Sales ExecutiveSalary: CompetitiveLocation: MacclesfieldRichard Abson Group are helping a prestige branded car dealership in Macclesfield find an experienced and quality New and Used Car Sales Executive.As a New and Used Car Sales Executive, you will have at least 2 years experience as a New and/or Used Car Sales Executive, ideally with experience using EnquiryMax and Kerridge (pref, not ess),or been in a similar role within a main dealership environment;Service Advisor, Sales Assistant, Product Genius etc. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join their team of successful New and Used Car Sales Executives.Your main duties and responsibilities as New and Used Car Sales Executive will include:

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale, selling accessories or other services once a vehicle has been chosen
  • optimising the profitability of the Retail Centre whilst maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Completing the paperwork for each sale
  • Helping to increase the customer database and prospecting potential sales
  • Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of the sales processes and effective enquiry management, taking your customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and close
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be focused on ensuring all customers are met to provide a consistent approach to our sales process, with a focus upon the customer being given a full 360 sales approach

Salary and working hours:The salary is competitive, dependent on experience. You will also be offered a Company Car on the business scheme.
