Broster Buchanan are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to be based in a Peterborough Head Office.Job Responsibilities Calculation of weekly and monthly production costs and variance reporting Monthly reporting of Operational overheads. Preparing the budget and forecast for production costs Preparing the budget and forecast for operational overhead costs and headcount. Working with the Operational Heads of Department and Directors to understand costs Regular communication with the other Finance teams; ensuring a close working relationship and effective communication at all times. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and timely resolution of queries. Regular review of contracts. Flagging any risks or opportunities.Person SpecificationWere looking for someone with at least 3 years experience in finance, and strong experience of communicating with finance and non-finance stakeholders. Part qualified and actively studying ACCA, CIMA or the equivalent. Communicating effectively across a wide range of stakeholders including Directors, Senior Managers and with all levels of staff Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data across multiple systems. Passionate about the work you do, embracing every opportunity to do your best work. Principled in the way you go about your role and the decisions you make. Purposeful with a strong desire to achieve and deliver work to a high standard. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, simplification and efficiencies.
