The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesLocation: Peterborough, Hybrid roleThis role sits within our People Services Administration team and will support administration duties across Learning & Development (L&D) and HR.You will be responsible for the administration of all internal learning including setting up new courses, reporting and process improvements. You will also work within the HR Admin team to manage the onboarding of new employees as well as any changes duringtheir employee life cycle.Due to this role being highly internal customer facing and dealing with stakeholders up to a senior level, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with people across the business including new starters, seniorleadership teams and external 3rd parties.This is a busy role with requests being received by varying workstreams, so we are looking for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast paced environment with excellent prioritisation skills and a good eye for detail.What you will be doing;General
