As a People Team, we collaborate in providing supportto our sites in Lisburn, Peterborough, Bury St Edmunds, St Neots and Glasgow as well as a number of homeworkers totalling a headcount of approx. 160.Joining our growing People Team located across NI and the East of England, you will support the smooth running of the department by providing administrative and logistical assistance, whilst having involvement in day-to-day People support activity in collaborationwith other People Team members.This role will draw on your experience in HR administration, the maintenance of HR systems and processes, recruitment and onboarding coordination, and event management.The role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start their career within Human Resources, supporting on key strategic projects across wellbeing, recruitment and employee engagement, in a dynamic and growing organisation.Youll have the opportunity to add real value, working with a range of stakeholders at all levels, supporting the business to drive commercial value through our people.
