Job Description

The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesLocation: Flexible, UKDue to internal moves within our group, we are excited to share an opportunity for a commercially focused FP&A/Finance Analyst to join our team as an FP&A Business Partner supporting our Americas Region.Your key stakeholders will be based in the UK, America and Brazil and you will have responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis in our Americas region and some central functions to turn analysis into insight which will supportand guide the commercial teams and other key stakeholders to aid decision making and ensure strategic delivery.Our business is growing and with the nature of how global we are, there is an additional layer of complexity that an international presence brings. We are looking for someone who can work in a multicurrency environment with complex financials and have theconfidence to make strategic decisions whilst being confident dealing with ambiguity at times.This is a great time to join us as we are currently looking at ways to expand our portfolio including innovation of new products and M&A activity. In this role you will be a true business partner with the ability to bring insight and influence the commercialsteams within region to help us deliver against our growth ambitions.To be successful in this role some of the things we are looking for:

  • Qualified Finance professional ideally CIMA, ACCA or similar
  • Previous experience in a FP&A role or similar
  • Multi-Currency experience - an understanding of the complexity, transfer pricing and other factors when reporting multi-currency
  • Analytical with the ability to bring results to life and add value, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills ideally with experience of managing international stakeholders in a remote setting
LocationFor this role we are flexible on location. We would love for you to be able to come into our Peterborough office when required and there will on occasion be some international travel.
