Job Description

MIG Welders (Multiple roles)£15-16 per hour up to 40 hours (Umbrella/Ltd Co.) + Overtime (+ 40 hours) - weekdays - Time & Half Overtime (+ 40 hours) - first 4 hours Saturday - Time & Half Overtime (+ 40 Hours) Saturday & Sunday - Double time3 Month Contract (rolling) LydneyImmediate StartsAre you a skilled MIG Welder with previous experience in a Manufacturing environmentAre you looking for an immediately available contract role with a market leading Manufacturer that will take you through the Christmas period and well into 2021This well-established company is renowned for supplying high quality products to the British Manufacturing industry and has a loyal customer base UK wide.Due to rapid growth & expansion this exceptional company are now looking for multiple MIG / MAG Welders to join their team with immediate effect on a minimum 3 month contract that has the potential to be extended longer term.On offer here is a fantastic opportunity for skilled and experienced Welders to work with a leading manufacturing company that are at the forefront of their industry. You will need to hit the ground running in a role with an immediate start, excellent hourly rate & lots of overtime available.The Role:

  • MIG/MAG welding in a manufacturing environment
  • Welding of various gauge mild steel ranging from 1.5 mm to 15mm thick in various weld positions
  • Working from engineering drawings
  • Ensuring parts are produced on a right first time basis
    • The Person
  • Engineering apprenticeship in Welding & Fabrication (MIG/MAG) OR time served in a Welding & Fabrication role
  • Self-motivated, a willingness to learn and be flexible in the tasks that you undertake in order to support the needs of the business
  • High attention to detail is a must as you will be required to work to high customer, quality and regulatory standards, often to tight deadlines.
