West Midlands - Systems Support Engineer - £30k-£40k - AerospacePlatform Recruitment has partnered with a leading provider of IT systems in a bid to recruit their next Systems Support Engineer. You will work to maintain the highest levels of internal system performance for both on site and remote users, in a highly technicaland professional environment, while adhering to the company’s ISO and other standards.+ Acting as initial contact for software and hardware support issues+ Performing routine monitoring of systems and software.+ Installing end user software+ Performing routine administration for new employees and leavers+ Administrating the business software and hardware asset managementSkills and Experience Required:+ 3 years or more of experience in support positions+ Microsoft Windows operating systems and server platforms+ Network Infrastructure and protocols+ Switch, Router, Firewall and VPN implementation, configuration and maintenance+ Mobile devices and their configurationSalary/Location:+ The salary for this permanent position will be circa £30k-£40k, depending on experience+ The role is based in the West Midlands, with the option to work remotely up to 3 days per weekIf you feel like you have the right skills and experience then please apply with a copy of your updated CV, and details of your salary expectations and availability.
