Job Description

ROLE: Senior Transformation Project ManagerLOCATION: Remote + very occasional on site visit (Midlands)SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefitsSTART DATE: ASAP startABOUT THE ROLEMy client is an online gaming organisation embarking on both strategic business and digital transformation initiatives which will include diversification of their products / B2C offerings, e-commerce projects, IT and Infrastructure related projects, mobileapplication projects, corporate systems replacement projects, POS replacement projects and much more. Therefore, Im looking to speak with versatile Senior Project Managers with a variety of demonstrable project experience. Ideally, Im looking for someonewho is self-motivated, able to keep themselves busy with minimal supervision and someone who brings solutions and ideas to the table, as opposed to bringing problems - sound like you Check out the required criteria below;ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Must have demonstrable experience working professionally as an IT Project Manager
  • Must have demonstrable experience working on a broad range of projects, a blend of IT and Business related projects and programmes as opposed to an IT Infrastructure specialist for example
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - able to assess situations with a tailored approach for stakeholders at different levels and in different areas of the organisation
  • Candidates should have tenacity and resilience to deal with changing requirements and at times ambiguity - this role is supporting the Transformation Lead on a varied Portfolio of work, so a level of agility will be necessary to ensure ongoing success
DESIRABLE SKILLS
  • Experience working in Gaming, B2C, Online and E-Commerce sectors advantageous
