Job Description

Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) - LutterworthAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency in Lutterworth. This role offers the chance to be part of a fantastic team, where you will play a key role in the sales process, providinghouse movers with an exceptional service.The PackageBasic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £50,000Car Allowance: £250 per monthKey Responsibilities

  • Register and build rapport with potential home buyers.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor.
  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
  • Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and reffering clients to solicitors.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents.
  • Generate and book in Property Valuations for the Valuer.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in sales or a customer-focused role (experience in estate agency preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided)

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (Day off in lieu)
