SEO Executive Account Manager8:30AM-5:00PM Monday- FridayLutterworth LE17£21,000 - £24,000The CompanyA leading performance marketing agency. Operating across multiple verticals to help clients acquire additional revenue. These include SEO, PPC, Web Design, CRO, Digital PR, Paid Social, Content, Email Marketing & Video. Working with exciting emerging brandsin a range of sectors such as Sport & Leisure, Finance, Construction, Healthcare, Cosmetic, Fashion, Retail, Music, Food & Drink and many more. The need has arisen for an addition of an experienced SEO Executive to their team.The Role:The purpose of the SEO Account Manager is to maintain key client relationships to ensure consistent growth and retention. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the fasting growing performance marketing agency in the Midlands.The SEO Account Manager will sit within a fun, vibrant and growing digital team and will help to drive the SEO strategy forward across the business. The growing nature of the business means youll get exposure to different areas and have unparalleled opportunitiesfor career progression. You will receive training and be supported by the Head of SEO.Key Duties:

  • Ensuring the onboarding is done to company standard
  • Spend time understanding the clients business, their challenges and overall goals
  • Advise clients on the most appropriate digital marketing methods to achieve those goals
  • Monitor and add value to the delivery of campaigns
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the game
  • Develop processes to improve our own internal efficiency
  • Continually refresh the strategy in line with the ever-changing SEO landscape
  • Develop and execute link building strategies
  • Use website analytics to identify trends and opportunities in order to improve performance
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Educated at degree level
  • Experience using SemRush, Google Analytics, Majestic, Screening Frog and Lucky Orange
  • A clear passion for SEO and a clear understanding of how it works for our clients
  • Minimum of 2 + years of proven experience of delivering SEO workflow and results in an agency or freelance environment
  • You must have a passion for all things digital and have a desire to put your stamp on the business
  • Enthusiastic, critical thinker and logical problem solver
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills - used to speaking and presenting to people at various levels over the phone, face to face and on video calls
  • Innovative - able to think outside the box and continually provide new areas to improve the business and our clients
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on business success
  • An eye for detail, able to review the work of others quickly and accurately before sending to clients
  • Highly organised, ability to manage task lists and juggle multiple projects at once
