Job Description

Brand new HR Advisor role based in Lutterworth with regular travel to another site in the West Midlands!Salary £35,000 - £40,000 Permanent, Full time Based in Lutterworth with travel to one other siteThis person will be CIPD qualified or working towards, also they will ideally be from the automotive, logistics or distribution industry, have a proven experience working at HR Advisor level in their past role and be available to start ASAP!Role and Responsibilities:Provide an advisory service to the business on HR casework ensuring that it is efficient and applied with consistency. HR policies and procedures including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and reward / recognition, through supporting and coaching Managers / Supervisors and liaising with the HR Business Partners to escalate as and when needed. Support with Recruitment activities including the production of Job Descriptions and Person Specifications and arranging job evaluations and job grading. Liaising with the Resourcing Team regarding interviews and the HR Analyst to arrange assessments and support line managers as and when needed. Maintain and continuously review the Induction process, ensuring that all colleagues have access to a good on-boarding process. Maintain the HR information system in a timely manner with file notes; casework updates; occupational health records etc. Data reporting.Support and provide resource for the implementation of business change and TUPE transfers Work with line managers across area of responsibility to support the identification of individual training and learning requirements and liaise with the L&D team to ensure the development takes place. Work across the HR Operations Team, to develop tools and resources to continuously improve the ability to deliver a seamless and professional service to the business and to work with other parts of the HR department to implement them successfully.For further information please call or email your CV to
