Job Description

Hotel and Estates Facilities Manager Lutterworth£50,000 to £60,000Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Hotel and Estate Facilities Manager to join a prestigious wedding venue, Hotel, Spa and grounds.As Facilities Manager you will take of full responsibilities for all H&S, maintenance and upkeep of the Hotel, Spa, Wedding facilities and grounds including any building works and renovations.Principle Responsibilities for the Hotel and Estates Facilities Manager:-

  • Team management of the on-site maintenance and grounds keeping team, delegating work and planning maintenance.
  • Management of any third parties or contractors on site.
  • Build strong working relationships with supplier and contractors, managing terms and negotiating rates.
  • Ensuring all H&S and compliance is up to date and adhered to.
  • Take on responsibility for security and surveillance on site.
  • Budgetary responsibility for maintenance, suppliers, contractors and grounds keeping.
  • Responsible of the communication between all departments across the venue.
  • Central point of communication between all operational departments in the venue.
Person specification:-
  • Have held a senior level maintenance/facilities position previously within a Hotel, wedding venue previously.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to speak to board members and owners of the business.
  • Previous experience of planning and managing large budgets.
