To drive this transformation and sustainits expansion, the company is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This critical role requires a professional with a hands-on, innovative, and energetic approach to managing and optimising financial processes within the organisation.Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of two direct reports, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the month-end process, financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting. The role demands a thorough understandingof the companys financials, with an emphasis on providing timely and accurate data. The Finance Manager will also partner with sales and operational teams to deliver insightful analysis, control costs, and enhance financial performance.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven candidate, as the CFO envisions the Finance Manager stepping up into the Financial Controller position within two to three years.
