Job Description

  • Effective, accurate data administration and reporting using Excel to input and analyse large volumes of data
    • Client DetailsBased in the Lutterworth area, my client is a growing organisation, working with large commercial brands and businesses across the UK. They are a market leader within their field, centred around Manufacturing and production.The Finance Data Analyst role is part of a supportive, friendly team of colleagues within which their are opportunities to develop, diversify and progress your role in the future.DescriptionThe main responsibilities of the Finance Data Analyst are:
  • Liaising with various parties to prioritise the collection of data
  • Manage and develop established supplier relationships
  • Develop a sound understanding of the data being collected in order to challenge, investigate and resolve queries effectively
  • Ensure the collection of the correct information to maintain the databases accuracy
  • Review, audit and enter data onto the database using bespoke software
  • Classify data into a number of categories and sub-categories and link to client product information
  • Format and load client product and sales volume information onto the system
  • Assisting the Account Managers in producing accurate data submissions
  • Work closely alongside colleagues and build strong working relationships with team members, customers and suppliers
    • ProfileAs a Finance Data Analyst, you will need to possess the following skill sets and attributes:
  • Good depth of MS Word and Excel technical knowledge
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach with previous data gathering and reporting experience
  • High standard of data accuracy and attention to detail
  • High standard of data entry ability
  • Excellent customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Inclusive team-working attitude
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Self-motivation, goal orientated, completer
  • Previous office-based experience within data entry, database experience and customer focused role
