Job Description

We are currently looking a Customer Services Advisor for our customer based inLutterworth, LE17.Position is on a temporary to permanent contract basis with prospect of becoming full time after 4-6 months . Shift pattern is , candidates must be flexible as shift pattern may change due to workload.Pay Rate is£11.00 phHours of work: 0800-1600 (Monday to Friday) - occasional early start or Saturday working may be required.Requirements are as per below:

  • Customer service experience (or similar)
  • Ability to work is fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts including Saturdays
  • Excellent IT skills and good Microsoft packages knowledge
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Own transport (essential) or living locally
Job specification:
  • Handling all inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Generating regular customers reports on a day to day basis
  • Managing internal and external communication
  • Operating various internal systems; from stock movement to fleet tracking
  • Dealing effectively with all customers enquires and conducting investigations
