Youth Employment CoachSpider is advertising for a leading Suffolk Charity that is looking for two Youth Employment Coaches to join them. One role will be looking after West Suffolk and surrounding areas, and the other role will be looking afterLowestoft and the surrounding area.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Suffolks most energetic charities. The Charity aspires to see generations of young people empowered to raise their ambitions and realise their potential through the work that they do.The Youth Employability Coach will be part of the Youth Employment Service, which is a drop-in service for any young person (16 to 25 years) not engaged in education, employment, or training (NEET). The service provides information, advice, signposting,and practical support for any young person seeking information on employment, education, and progression routes to help them into paid work, work placements, employment, voluntary work (as a steppingstone into work and a way to get work ready), education,apprenticeships and/or training. The Youth Employment Coach will work across West Suffolk or Lowestoft, and surrounding areas working with young people and organisations within these areas. You will be the point of contact for local young people, referralpartners and Parents/Guardians.Key objectives of the Youth Employment Coach role:
