Job Description

Job Title: Female Support WorkerLocation: Lowestoft, UKAre you passionate about making a positive difference in peoples lives Do you have experience in care and a compassionate nature We are currently seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Lowestoft.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Building strong and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of care experience in the UK.
  • DBS registered on the update service.
  • Completion of practical training relevant to the role.
  • Ability to provide three years of professional references.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
