Job Description

My wonderful client based in Lowestoft are looking for an Accounts/Operations & Sales Co-ordinator to join their busy and friendly team.Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm£24K - £25k depending on skills and experienceThis is a varied role where you can really make a difference and utilise your top organisational skillsThe role of the Accounts/Operations & Sales Coordinator will be to assist & ensure that all invoices are processed, arrange travel for personnel and provide assistance in booking purchased items into the stock system and providing general operational andsales support to the team.You will need:To be proactive and motivatedAble to prioritise your day effectivelyPrevious experience of Syrinx/Sage systems preferred - Training can be givenGood communication skills with clients, suppliers and team membersSome responsibilities:-

  • Answering of telephone
  • General Admin Duties
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Booking Goods In/Out
  • Expedite Purchase Orders
  • Assist Finance Team Lead
  • Making travel arrangements
