Job Description

Due to their continued growth and commitment to excellence, an exceptional career opportunity has emerged for a Production Engineer in Lowestoft. This pivotal role plays a fundamental part in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, as wellas overseeing day-to-day manufacturing engineering operations.As the Production Engineer, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing engineering throughout the organization. Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing, developing, and implementing optimized processes, drawing from engineering and science-based approaches as well as lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Collaborating with all manufacturing functions and closely partnering with the Research and Development team to ensure the seamless transition of new product developments into industrialization.
  • Demonstrating effective project management, strong interpersonal skills, and superior communication abilities to facilitate a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
  • Fostering a change-oriented environment, employing various tools and techniques to maintain high standards.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
  • A relevant degree in Engineering or a HND
  • A strong engineering background
  • Attention to detail
  • A desire to manage a team in the future
