This role will see you supporting the needs of our homeowners throughout their journey with Awaze. You’ll be the voice of the business as far as the homeowner is concerned, so you’ll be there to support them, offering answers to queries and resolving anyissues that an owner may have. This is genuinely a role where no two days are the same. We know that sounds cliché, but it’s true.Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be talking to people. You’ll be liaising with owners via phone and email. In some cases you’ll deal with one-off queries, whereas other situations will see you building longer term relationships with key homeowners. We aim for first contact resolutionwherever possible, so we’d support you to learn our industry and our processes, so that you can delight our homeowners at every available opportunity, by dealing with queries as they come in. Ultimately, your interactions will ensure that we can retain theirbusiness.Some of the conversations you hold with be relatively simple, whereas some will be complex, looking at negotiating new commercial terms, for example, or identifying ways of maximising revenue for owners. In some instances, you might need to analyse commercialdata to understand a property’s performance, or look at what we could improve, so it’s key that you’re able to act in a professional way, whilst using data and analytics.Longer term, you’ll be able to get involved with some exciting projects we’re undertaking, including identifying ways of delivering efficiencies or supporting with onboarding new owners we’ve acquired through mergers or acquisitions.Its key that you have strong communication skills, a decisive mind and a genuinely innovative approach to problem solving.What we’ll give you- This is an opportunity for you to join us at a pivotal point in time as we invest in our future- You’ll be joining a team of genuine, passionate people- You’ll have the freedom to choose the best way of working to get the job done.
