Position: Operations Manager Location: Lowestoft Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Salary: £60,000 per annumTime Recruitment are currently recruiting an Operations Manager for our client based in Lowestoft. Our client is a family-run care company with a mission to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all residents across their 30+ homes and services.It is an exciting time to join them, with plans for expansion over the coming years and therefore excellent opportunities for professional development.As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and the highest standards of care are being maintained across the care homes. You will also meet financial and business objectives and provide mentoring and support to the care homes.Responsibilities: * Provide effective leadership and management.* Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development.
