My Lowestoft based client is a well-established owner-managed business with an enviable track record of growth. They continue to have big plans for the future of the business and with that in mind they are seeking a pivotal new team member.Initially you will join them as either a financial or management accountant, depending on your current experience. They will take you through a planned programme of roles/training to develop the breadth of your experience with the aim of taking on a FinancialController role as and when you are fully equipped.In this development you will be ably supported and mentored by the FD, an experienced finance professional who is fully invested in your success - the better you do, the more bandwidth he has for strategic planning and future business development.They are seeking a part-qualified or qualified accountant with a good technical underpinning in either financial or management accounts (from practice or industry) and the scope to go further.
