Are you experienced with IT Support Seeking a new role Look no further!Our client a highly successful company in it is field based in Lowestoft is seeking an IT Support Advisor to join their team.Why YouIf you are a conscientious person with experience in IT Support or a similar IT helpdesk role then please get in touch.The role is based in LowestoftThe successful candidate will be positive, proactive and outgoing, with the ability to communicate with staff members at all levels. The role will suit someone with a positive and flexible approach and an ability to remain calm under pressure in order toproject the image and ethos of the firm at all times.This is a technical position with a strong emphasis on internal customer support. The following are the key areas of responsibility for the role:Qualifications in an appropriate discipline Able to deal with competing demands and be able to prioritise. Providing helpdesk to all users Organised and methodical, accurate and numerate. Friendly and approachable Good communication skillswritten and oral. Needs to be diplomatic but firm Needs to demonstrate that they are able to get to the root cause of complex technical problems Work unsocial hours Have a full driving licence as travel to all offices will be required Essential - Knowledge of Office 365 and secure Cloud services including Sharepoint, Teams, Exchange, Azure AD. Common integrations with MS office i.e. Mimecast, Adobe, digital dictation Essential - MPLS and VPN configuration and management Virtual desktops, published applications, online backup solutions Maintenance of hardware and software. Problems that cant be solved in-house need to be reported to external suppliers Manage and install new software updates to software specific to the practice to include installation, configuration and roll out of any new software. This includes Practice management, document and Case Management systems Support and develop the use of software by all users and to enhance the facilities available Confidentialitystaff and clients Team player Data security and cleansing Server virtualisation Cloud computingTo oversee and support the IT system and telephone systems (Samsung XChange) together with other technical equipment to ensure they provide the business with the facilities needed for the daily requirements of all staff.To keep abreast of developments and trends in the IT field that may be relevant to the practice now and in the future.InterestedThis is a full time role Monday to Friday with a competitive salary and company benefits.Please call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to .
