Job Description

Welcome to Staffbank Recruitment.We are working with a well known business who are looking for an ICT Engineer to join them on a tempoary ongoing basis.As an ICT Engineer you will work as part of a dynamic ICT team in delivering an effective IT service supporting managers, staff, and patient care across the organisation.The post will lead on the delivery and maintenance of ICT systems and network infrastructure, acting as a technical expert ensuring that services meet operational need.

  • Lead on the day to day delivery and maintenance of IT systems and network infrastructure within predefined SLA and agreed standard operating processes.
  • Control technical aspects of projects whilst not allowing costs to increase and ensuring systems are deployed in line with the sector wide IT strategy.
  • Responsible for supporting the strategic development of systems, networks, infrastructure and processes, in conjunction with the ICT management team, to support the provision of an effective ICT service
  • Responsible for the development, management and implementation of new technologies and services.
  • Responsible for managing the Local and Wide Area Networks and data centres in conjunction with the Head of ICT and other Technical Analysts.
  • Make judgments on multi-stranded or complex ICT problems which may have no precedent or where there are conflicting opinions. Expert in the field.
    • Relevant experience in any of the following:Server 2012/2016/2019
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365/Azure
  • SCCM
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • DFS File Systems
  • Sophos Security Products
  • Cisco ASA Firewalls
  • Cisco IOS Routing & Switching
  • Aruba Wireless
  • LAN/WAN/SDWAN
