You will be a key player in the companys continued growth, ensuring timelycompletion of all maintenance activities to their clients needs and specifications and in adherence to the companys QHSE policies and standards. You will lead and manage a multi-skilled team and support their ongoing development and training overseeingall hard FM functions (to include HVAC, fire/gas, Elec, etc..) leading all planned, preventative and corrective maintenance on projects globally.Due to their exponential growth, their confirmed pipeline and forecasted contract wins, this role will develop and evolve with a team built up underneath.
