Engineering ManagerNorwich (hybrid-remote)£50,000 - £65,000 + Pension + Private Health Care + HolidaysExcellent opportunity for a technical or engineering manager who is keen to get into the renewable energy sector to join a rapidly growing company where they can benefit from a positive working culture and a friendly working environment.This start-up company has recently received a significant amount of investment from a major UK business and has also had a lot of interest from several major car manufacturers in Europe. Due to their pipeline of potential business and their recent investmentthey are now looking to expand their team to support exciting upcoming projects.In this role you will have a strong focus on developing and delivering projects from initial conception through to handover. You will also be managing a team of engineers that will directly be reporting to you and reviewing all of their work.The ideal candidate for this role will hold a relevant degree and have the ability to project manage and manage internal engineers. You will be data driven with strong customer and stakeholder communication skills.
