We are passionate about delivering person centred care packages that make a different in our clients lives.Our team of recruiters are searching for Complex Care Nurse to provide person focused care to our client living in Lowerstoft.You will be spending your time with our client who lives at home and taking care of all their care needs.Your day to day activities and conditions of the client include:

  • Peritoneal dialysis over night
  • Enteral Feed
  • Personal care
  • Medicaton
