This role will suit an experienced Head of Business looking for a new opportunity, or a successful Car Sales Manager looking for the next step up the career ladder to theHead of Business role! This will be a fairly hands on role, working closely with your senior managers to push this successful business forward. Full training will be given to ensure you have the tools to do your job and be successful.   • Have overall responsibility for the day to day running of a busy car dealership
  • Be a team player, and people motivator for your team
  • Experience of P & L, budgeting, and dealership finances
Qualifications
  • Experience in the role of Head of Business in the automotive sector
  • Experience of Sales and Service side would be ideal
  • Accomplished Sales Manager applications welcomed
Salary and Benefits
  • Basic salary £40-£45k
  • Bonus scheme worth £24k+
  • Company car and benefits package
  • 22 days holiday + BH + LSL
