Pure are proud to be working with a thriving organisation based in Lowestoft who are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join them part time, 22.5 hours per week. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, this is an interesting and exciting opportunity for someone to join a busy and fast-paced Accounting team. Key duties of this role will include but not limited to: Processing income and expenditure and reconciling bank accounts Completing Petty Cash claims Direct debit payments Daily BankingProcess supply chain expenditureManage business mobile invoices Review filing of journals for completeness/timeliness Ad hoc work including analysis work and reporting Providing cover during holidays/sickness for Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger.The role is part-time and will require working 22.5 hours per week and flexible on days and hours worked. The successful candidate will have accounts experience within a busy environment, a strong understanding of Excel and good general I.T skills. You will be a good communicator with an eye for detail and strong time management skills, adaptable and flexible withinthe work place.
