Working within the Customer Success team, you will project manage delivery of client onboardings to achieve key milestones for Enterprise accounts. You will be scoping client requirements and designing project plans in consultation with internal and externalstakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for the client until implementation of these programmes are complete. You will also check progress and gather updates from internal teams in order to ensure the client programme runs to agreed timelines untillaunch date. As an experienced Project Manager, you will have experience in a client-facing environment, within large B2B key accounts. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:* Management of project scope, timeline, resources and budget* Accountability for assigned tasks/deliverables* The ability to listen and guide clients to decisions* Solution specifications are accurate and executed to client expectations* Clear, concise and professional communication skills* Effective presentation and facilitation skills* Anticipation of potential questions/roadblocks/risks* Critical thinking and problem solving skills* SaaS or technology-related industry experienceIf you are an inquisitive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced role with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, this is an exciting opportunity for you!
