Job Description

I am currently recruiting for my client, a Property Management Company in Loughton, for an experienced Part Qualified Project Accountant for a maternity cover for 14 months.This role is paying between £40k and £50k depending on experience.Responsibilities include:

  • Production of Monthly income and expenditure summaries for projects.
  • Monitoring budgets vs actuals for projects.
  • Production of accurate monthly management accounts on several projects.
  • Present and discuss analysis to project managers and surveyors.
  • Business Partnering with relevant investment and development stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:• Good communication skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear format, and professional manner, often to non-financial people.• Ability to think outside the box and be able to put forward own ideas to improve reporting and interaction with project management team.• Determination to provide solutions to improve deadlines, generate efficiencies and get things done.• Confidence to liaise with external organisations and individuals, JV partners, Solicitors, banks etc.• Knowledge of construction finance or joint venture reporting is desirable but not essential.If you are immediately available and possess all of the skills and requirements above please apply and I will be in touch to discuss your application.
