Job Description

Are you passionate about new homes and helping individuals find their dream homes We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join my clients team and play a key role in connecting customers with their perfect homeThe Role

  • Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of our new homes to potential buyers.
  • Guide clients through the entire home-buying process, from initial interest to closing.
  • Progress all sales.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide clients with the best possible insights.
About You
  • Proven experience in new home sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Benefits:
  • £30k-£32k basic + £55k-£60k OTE
  • Uncapped Commission.
  • 10am-5pm.
