Our client a multi-office, independent Estate Agent with offices across Essex are looking for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator for their busy office in Loughton.The company have built a reputation with a team of experienced professionals who work hard to make sure that they understand exactly what the client wants. Customer service is the most important aspect of what the company does, together with their superiorknowledge of the property market they provide expert advice to create a tailored service thay puts the individual client first. They understand the importance of communication at every stage of the process, priding themselves on their open and friendly attitude.The ideal candidate must have 1 years+ experience, understanding the full lettings process. You must be able to work well in a team as well as on your own. Listing experience is preferred but not essential. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines.
