Job Description

Role:E-Commerce & Marketing CoordinatorLocation: LoughtonSalary: £27-30kContract: Permanent RoleThe Role This is a new role at an exciting and rapidly growing manufacturer, wholesaler and e-retailer with a portfolio of high-quality garments and accessories. Selling via online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and own brand website, the role would suit candidates with good digital skills (image creation and editing) able to utilise social media to drive web traffic. Some experience within an e-retail sales environment would be useful and experience trading on Amazon, eBay and Fruugo preferred.Responsibilities

  • Maintaining social media platforms (incl. Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram).
  • Creating content to generate sales through all Social Media and website.
  • Updating stock levels across all channels and adding new SKUs (via Linnworks).
  • Order management via Linnworks (printing and despatching orders).
  • Listing maintenance and discount code creation via WooCommerce.
  • Creating banners and promotional content for the website.
  • Customer service, dealing with incoming correspondence via digital channels.
  • Printing off and despatching orders on a daily basis.
    • Skills and Experience
  • Experience using WordPress and managing Social channels essential.
  • Basic content production skills (images, web assets).
  • Experience trading on sites such as Amazon Ebay and Fruugo beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about e-commerce and selling online.
  • Interested in marketing and what makes people buy online.
  • Of the opinion that no task is too small’ and happy to pitch in.
