You will enjoy a busy and varied client facing role, managing projects and prioritising workloads to ensure existingclients are supported daily and new clients are onboarded smoothly. The successful candidate will be a confident account manager, working with European business customers, ideally with sound knowledge of the technology sector.Key duties will involve:* Day to day support of key client relationships* Offering solutions to clients as well as new ideas to ensure accounts always have the correct products and services* Working with sales to pass any leads for existing account growth* Ensuring retention of key client accounts through excellent customer account management* Creating a range of reports and analysis for business customers* Communicating with clients on a regular basis to ensure accounts are monitored and supportedThe ideal candidate will have experience within a B2B client relationship management or account management position. You will have excellent project management and organisational skills, the ability to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts anda proactive approach to work. You will also have the ability to remain calm under pressure, have a passion for the highest level customer service and account management, as well as being able to learn and absorb information.
