Job Title: Liaison Nurse or Social WorkersBand: 6Start Date: ASAPContract Length: OngoingRate: £25 - £27Location: SurreySkills: Carrying out psychosocial assessment of people referred tot he liaison serviceDays/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pmRequirements:

  • NMC/HCPC Registration
  • Relevant UK Experience
