Job Description

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our busy team!Are you looking to work for an award-winning top 100 company in the Leicestershire areaWould you like to work for a company which helps millions of people worldwide to gain access to quality and affordable healthcareIf so, here is your chance!Hours of Work:Monday - Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm (You could start between 8:00am10:00am, so long as you work 7.5 hours a day.Supply Chain Assistant Duties:

  • Reviewing stock levels and communicating suggestions for stock replenishment;
  • Generating Purchase Orders on the internal system;
  • Preparing and maintaining forecasts for Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs);
  • Liaising with suppliers to track orders and ensure that goods are available for shipment and all the documents required are ready;
  • Analysing data from CMOs on Excel, to record costing trends and ensure KPIs are met;
Supply Chain Assistant Requirements:You will have strong IT skills, especially Word and Excel, and have shown this by having recent experience in an administration role. You will need to be able to organise, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be able to work tostrict deadlines. It would be advantageous to have worked within the Pharmaceutical industry.Supply Chain Assistant Benefits:
