We are proud to be a key manufacturer of medicines, supplying to the NHS, retail pharmacy sector and internationalmarkets, as well as being the UKs trusted supplier to Aid Agencies and NGOs.Salary: £20,269 per annumLocation: LoughboroughContract type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 monthsHours of Work: Monday-Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm (Some flexibility to start between 8:00am10:00am, however 7.5 hours required in a day)Supply Chain Administrator Duties:

  • Maintaining key data in our Enterprise Resource System (ERP) - Business Central
  • Generating Purchase orders based on agreed purchasing standards from Supply Chain and Sales Teams
  • Overseeing and maintaining Email inbox to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Assisting in the generation of reports in Excel, based on forecasts generated by the Supply Chain team.
Supply Chain Administrator Requirements:
  • You will have strong IT skills, especially Word and Excel, and have shown this by having recent experience in an administration role.
  • You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a keen eye for detail.
  • It would also be desirable to have experience working with an ERP system.
