Job Description

Showroom Fitting ManagerLoughborough/Melton Mowbray £33,000 - £36,000Are you a passionate Showroom Fitting Manager, looking for an exciting new roleCoulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Showroom Fitting Manager to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients based in between Loughborough and Melton working as part of their Fitting/Maintenance team.As Showroom Fitting Manager you will work independently installing and servicing displays of the internal and external natural stone and porcelain tiles.You will be based from Loughborough/Milton Keynes but will make regular visits to our UK showrooms to make necessary updates and changes to both the internal and external displays as well as installing new point of sale. You will work closely with the managementteams and communicate directly to ensure work is completed around the teams existing schedules.The role is varied and will also have seasonal demands including general maintenance of external displays in the summer months.Carpentry, painting and decorating is also strongly desired for this role due to the general maintenance requirements, the marketing team often hold photo shoots and this role may need to assist with creating some of the set pieces.Please note, the role will involve extensive travel and you could be expected to stay away from home for days at a time. (expenses paid) .Principle Responsibilities for the Showroom Fitting Manager:-

  • Installing new products and displays into any and all Showrooms, both internal and external displays.
  • Plan you diary and manage your work load.
  • Liaise with the management team and the wider business to forecast work.
  • CSCS holder
This is a highly physical role which involves a lot of heavy lifting. Person specification:-
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Great communication skills
  • CSCS card required
  • Organised to a high standard
  • Confident using MS Office
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
  • Flexible approach to working and shift patterns
  • Prepared to work nights & weekends
  • Scheduling and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to travel often and for extended periods of time
This is a full time permanent Showroom Fitting Manager position, 48 hours a week - Monday to Friday - some flex will be needed on working hours.
