Are you looking to work for an award winning top 100 company in the Leicestershire areaWould you like to work for a company which helps millions of people worldwide to gain access to quality and affordable healthcareIf so, here is your chance!We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Officer within our Quality Assurance Operations Team, reporting to the QA Senior Officer (Operations).Hours of Work: Hybrid working,Monday - Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm (You could start between 8:00am10:00am, so long as you work 7.5 hours a day, with some evening and out of hours work, as required).Hybrid working is available after your probation period.Senior Quality Assurance Officer Duties:As the Quality Assurance Officer (Operations), you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including:

• To assist the Deputy Manager and represent the department in batch planning meetings and any other meetings as required
• To plan and organise work within the team in order to meet objectives and KPIs
• To complete batch forecasting and other batch release activities in timely manner, and perform batch releases for sales and market stock transfer activity
• Liaise with EU laboratory for availability of CoA and prepare the report for the Lab performance
• Liaise with other departments team Leaders to ensure the batch release activity progressed as per compliance and agreed KPI timeframe
• Take initiative and support team to resolve batch specific query also provide support to warehouse supply chain and sales department from batch release prospect
• Review QP issue log and provide support to certifying Qualified Person (QP) and Responsible person (RPi) with respect to availability of batch release records and other documentation requested for batch certification activities, including the quick andadequate response to any queries, as required
• To monitor and track individual and Team (group) performance to assure the activities are completed in a timely manner
• To constantly and actively search for ways to improve process of preparation of the batches for QP release and to assure that all the relevant documents are provided in a timely manner to QPs with first time right approach
• To perform or provide support and guidance for the investigations and to prepare or provide support for preparation of various reports, as required
• To identify training needs, and to provide internal training, including provision of training materials, for all QAU (Operations) personnel
• As required, to prepare periodic summaries and reviews, on all required aspects of the QMS, particularly with reference to third party partners
• As and when required, supporting in Change Control systems

Senior Quality Assurance Officer Requirements:You must have proven experience in Quality Assurance within a Pharmaceutical environment, good knowledge about GMP/GDP compliant, experience managing a team, excellent communication skill, good time management and relevant degree in a life sciences discipline.Senior Quality Assurance Officer Benefits:Complementing your salary, we also offer a variety of benefits and services to support your physical and mental well-being which include:
