It is therefore easily commutable from both Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. The client has a reputation for prioritising their people offering development and progression opportunities along with a flexible and supportive working environment. As a result of this their staff turnover is relatively low and many people build build successful careers with them.Due to Covid-19 restrictions the role will initially be home based however the post covid working practice is likely to be a mixture of home and office working. This client was actually ahead of the game in terms of offering their employees flexibility therefore they were easily able to adapt to the pandemic.The RoleDue to an internal promotion the client is looking to bring in a new accountant to lead and develop a small team and oversee both month and year end accounts preparation for around 5 subsidiary businesses within the group. The role will be a mixture of hands on activity along with team managementand as you grow in the role you will have the opportunity to hand over more and more of the operational role elements.
